Today will share some updates on a few fronts: ETT, RemoteGOATs and coaching.

1. Finally added some AI to the platform! 🤖
(To solve a real problem)
As you guys know, every month I help a few people in my coaching program boost their career (like landing a new job paid 50–400% more than their current one).
During the program, we loosely follow the content of the Euro Top Tech private guides.
Part of the work is:
Researching target roles and companies
Refactoring CV and LinkedIn
Running the Skills-Pattern Analysis (SPA): a framework I created to benchmark your current skills against the ones required by your target roles
After that, if needed:
Bridge any skill gap
Adjust target roles
People end up with a few Google Sheets to carry out this data-intensive work, as well as to track applications and referrals.

For the latter, it’s very important to understand one thing:
A top-paying role CANNOT be landed by checking a few good jobs and sending a CV.

2. Perfected the removal of expired jobs
This is an old standing issue: initially there were several expired jobs that were not correctly removed from the job board.
Then, I iterated on it many times, making it better and better.
But still: not good enough.
Now, I’ve perfected the mechanism, using AI for the more tricky cases. Right now, the jobs should only contain active jobs (with very few exceptions - if you find one, let me know!).
3. Coming soon
a) Extend AI use to also better classify locations and seniority of each job
(ETA: end of January 2026, maybe even earlier).
b) AI CV refactorer/tutor
Similar to what I’ve added in the new Tracker page, do something similar to help you guys better apply the CV guide.
c) Refactor paid tiers.
This is a longstanding principle of how I build things: yesterday’s price is not today’s price. It’s always better to buy the subscription in advance, because, as I build and improve things, prices raise.
Consider that now there’s people paying 5 euro a month or 50 euro a year for the gold tier subscription (currently at 89 eur/year), because they subscribed in the early days of the project (when it was just a google sheet).
When I’m done with the points a) and b) mentioned above, I will probably refactor the paid tiers.
To get all the stuff - job board, guides, discord community, AI features - you’ll probably have to pay more than by subscribing to the existing gold tier.

The SPA framework integration looks legit. I've seen a lot of career platforms try to automate skill matching but most end up just keyword matching resumes against JDs. The way this seems to handle the actual analysis loop, identifying gaps then adjusting targets, thats where most people actually get stuck when job hunting. Had a similar experince a couple years back where I spent weeks manually tracking 40+ roles in spreadsheets just to realize my targeting was off. Would've saved a ton of time.
