If you tried Euro Top Tech a while ago, you may not be up to date with its current state.
First, I introduced Career Lab. It started as a job tracker. Now, it’s six tools that work as one system:
Path. Six-stage roadmap I coach with, made self-serve: profile and target thesis, CV and LinkedIn positioning, targets and gap analysis, interview prep, referrals and networking, then apply, track, iterate. It tells you the next two or three actions so you’re not just “lost with a bunch of jobs you apply to and get rejected from”.
Tracker. Target roles, applications, and referral contacts in one place, with the companies you are aiming at and who you know there.
CV Reviewer. AI feedback on positioning, bullets, structure, and gaps, against the standard I hold coaching clients to.
Skills Pattern Analysis. Paste the roles you want; it finds the requirements that keep recurring and turns them into an upskilling plan. It tells you what you need to prioritise learning, either in your free time on in your (next) job.
Outreach. Gathers people you should add on LinkedIn, then helps you write messages to them.
Ask the coach. New. Answers from my 1:1 coaching twin, based on your context.
The platform itself also grew:
The job boards now hosts 15,000+ tech jobs from top companies in Europe and 3,000+ fully remote six-figure roles: engineering, product, ops, sales, etc. If you save your CV, the boards rank jobs by fit to it. Big tech listings show an estimated compensation and, added recently, a minimum-comp filter. Also, added this week: relocation support visa sponsorship tag.
Job alerts and a weekly digest bring new matching jobs and your plan’s next steps to your inbox, instead of you remembering to check.
The data side kept growing: crowdsourced salaries by city and country with savings and livability views, the free Compensation Report, and a research library answering questions like where a software engineer actually comes out ahead after rent and tax.
All of it is included in membership. The data side is free.
