Group Coaching launching NOW
As you probably know, I run this coaching program, where I help engineers get better and higher paying tech jobs in Europe.
It’s gone well so far:

The problem
The program is expensive
750 euro/month for the version with one 1:1 call with me
1000 euro/month for the version with two 1:1 calls with me
In addition to the 1:1 calls, we also do one group call per month, and we give each other updates and feedback by email and telegram on a weekly basis.
Here's why the program is not overpriced:
The math works: people tend to get new jobs that pay 30-60% more, and recover the investment in the program in just a few months from starting the new job.
Helping people 1:1 allows me to give clients the uttermost care, such that their chance of landing better jobs is very high.
If I sense that the client is not gonna be able to get such a job, I tell them ASAP. Such that they can exit the program early. When this happens, they still end up happy about the investment, because they learnt useful things, without spending too much.
The program wasn’t always so expensive
When I started coaching in May 2024 (16 months ago!!), the program was priced at 500 euro per month.
The price was lower than now, because I was just starting out and wanted to assess product-market fit, and wasn’t experienced at coaching.
As I got good reviews and improved the quality of the program, I raised them and kept receiving applications.
But I noticed one thing:
Recent applicants tend to be senior engineers
Usually with 5 to 10 years of experience, already making 70-150k euro/year, wanting to get a boost and do a ‘maxxed out’ job search.
I love working with such people.
They usually have all the technical skills needed to command a better pay, and they just need a sophisticated job search strategy and support in executing flawlessly on it.
My goal:
I want to provide top-tier services, and try my best in making them accessible
I don’t want to let people behind.
There’s many people who could afford 500 euro/month, but struggle with 750/1000 euro/month
Students
Recent grads
Junior engineers
Senior engineers with family costs
etc
I want to help these people too
Without having to resort to some crappy product or service that is cheap but doesn’t work.
In that sense, that’s what my guides on Euro Top Tech Jobs are for.

Six Figure Euro Engineer - Group Coaching Version
Starting in August 2025, I’ll take up to 5 people to join a group coaching program of 500 euros per month.

The program will be similar to the 1:1 version, but with some differences.
I will choose people that can cluster up well together, and target similar goals, such that the group calls will feel more like 1:1 calls than online classes.
We will follow a well-tested blueprint and schedule:
First month: focus on brainstorming and career strategy
Second month: CV, LinkedIn and interview prep
Third month: networking, referrals and interview prep
Fourth month: applications
Fifth month: managing and passing the interviews
Sixth month: handling offers and negotiation
Of course, as always, this will be a monthly subscription, and you can drop out at any point in time and you won’t be charged for future months of program that you don’t attend.
I’m always happy if someone lands a great job after just a couple of months of program - and this has happened several times already in the 1:1 program.
In this group program, we’ll be following the above schedule and timeline.
But that’s gonna be just a reference. In the end, there’s always flexibility.

You might start already with interview prep and CV improvements from month 1, while we do brainstorming and career strategy.
Or, if it could be useful for your career strategy brainstorming, you could start networking in month 1, so that you can ask questions and get info from people in the industry, about decisions you want to make or jobs/companies/locations you want to target.
5 people is not many: you’ll be talking to me, continue to have access to my resources and network (conditional to my approval of it, as always), and so on.
It should feel like a 1:1, direct-access-to-me program.
And not like a course, cohort, webinar or anything like that.
In particular, here’s what we’re gonna do:

We’ll have space for Q&A and personal advice
We’ll build a strategy for your tech career in Europe
Weekly email update:
Each week you’ll have action items to work on, decided with me
At the end of the week, you will send me an email sharing your progress, giving me an update, and asking for feedback
This can include CV reviews, interview prep questions, feedback on how your networking is going and questions on how to handle things, jobs I can send you that you can apply to, you asking if I can help with a referral at some company, etc
Telegram group chat and 1:1 chat
A group chat where you can talk to the other participants or me, about anything: this can be complementary to the group call and the weekly email to discuss little details or share resources
You can also directly DM me if you have any quick questions you want to ask: this of course should be limited, since the bulk of the work will be done in the group calls, in the emails and on your own; but it’s possible to ask for little things here and there through this channel as well.
The purpose will be the same as the 1:1 program - to help you:
