One month ago I launched Forfettariato.com, after observing the following:
1. Many countries in Europe have low cost of living and <20% taxes for 5 figures earners
Italy, Slovenia, Albania, Poland, Czechia, Croatia, and more.
2. Western companies are increasingly nearshoring in Eastern and Southern Europe
Can find great talent, half the cost of Western Europe, 30% the cost of the US.
3. I am the leading content creator for Tech Workers in Europe: ~64k on LinkedIn, 15k on Substack, 2.5k on YT
My content is about 6 figure tech careers in Europe, both onsite and remotely.
My B2C products already cater to that audience:

Then, Lionel Rudaz, who I met on X talking about wine and Switzerland, posted a Head of Lifecycle Marketing role for Properstar.
Properstar is a global real estate platform that connects buyers and sellers by aggregating millions of property listings from over 60 countries.
The role is about using Hubspot and Claude to manage the customer journey of real estate agents, from sign-up to paying customer. Managing a small team of 3, and reporting directly to the CPO (Lionel).
Pay is 32-48 eur/hour (equiv. to ~55-90k eur/year if FTE), remote in Europe: enough to live like a King/Queen in 50% of Europe with the right setup.
