It’s the proof of a method that works.
I have developed it over the years for my own career, then iterated on it for over 2.5 years, since the first launch of my coaching program in April 2024.
Plenty of results in the meantime. And a business that’s proved to be stable and reliable with its growth (thanks to products and services that deliver).
This method is being codified inside Euro Top Tech Career Lab.
But it can still greatly benefit from some interpretation and customisation.

Details
Six live sessions, 60 minutes each, Tuesdays 12:30 to 13:30 CET: 17 Nov, 24 Nov, 1 Dec, 8 Dec, 15 Dec and 22 Dec.
One step of the method per week, in the order above.
Each session:
30 minutes of teaching
30 minutes for me to review your work: CV, target roles, networking messaged, overall strategy, etc.
Between sessions you build on Euro Top Tech Career Lab:
Week 1: your Path and career thesis, with three target tiers
Week 2: your Skills analysis and a plan A and plan B lane
Week 3: your target list in the Tracker, with alerts set
Week 4: CV version 2 reviewed and your LinkedIn
Week 5: ten outreach messages sent, tracked in the contact planner
Week 6: your interview prep plan and a 90-day calendar
Session six ends with your application calendar for January, which is the hiring peak.
The reason why I am launching it now, is to prepare you for the best hiring time in the year (Q1).
Async questions between sessions go in a private Discord channel, where I answer on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Every session is recorded so you can watch it later if you skip a live call.
Price, seats, rules
EUR 1,000, paid once (with a 200 EUR discount if you apply now).
20 seats. It runs with 10. If fewer than 10 people pay, it does not run and everyone gets everything back. Otherwise no refunds: the seats are few and the work starts before session one.
You need to be a Euro Top Tech member on the 9-month plan (EUR 99) or the yearly plan, and they need to expire after the end of the program (e.g. in 2027). If you’re not a member yet, get the plan first, then apply.
Applications close 13 Nov, or earlier if it sells out before. I read every application and every LinkedIn profile. You pay after I accept.
10 to 20 hours a week. If you cannot free them for six weeks, wait for the next cohort (if there will be, will probably be more expensive).
